Just purchased, having trouble with samples and mo

So, I finally decided ok this plug seems like it will help speed things up during the sound editorial on some of my projects. I got speakerphone 2.

The sample pack installer will not open. Ive rebooted, re-downloaded but no luck. It crashes immediately after clicking the install button. Can you guys please help.

Im also a little dissapointed that there isnt a massive collection of "impulses" to download like with altiverb can we use altiverb IRs for the "room" setting of speakerphone? Anyways I really feel like I may have wasted money here since the samples don't work and the pre-loaded impulses are quite few. If someone can help get the samples loaded perhaps this plug is more versitile than it looks we will see.  Cry I hate to find myself feeling "is this worth the 500 bucks" after spending several weeks deciding if i should buy it.. Audioease please help redeem yourselves in my eyes.

I will add to this since I have "calmed down" a little after posting. SP is awesome dont get me wrong. Especially after seeing the versitiliy in the 80s VHS video from the other post.

I would REALLY like to get the samples working though and VERY much require more mics. I was hoping for post audio standard mic impulses like Senn MKH416 or Tram lavs. Is this possible to obtain and put into speakerphone myself or perhaps you guys at AE can look into this? No doubt with your resources it cant be hard. Regardless I need to take more time learning SP and its uses. I also need to get samples installed which the installer keeps crashing on me. Im hoping for some help here. THank you

Upon searching I found that removing the plist file as instructed in this thread (Thanks Aram Smiley

http://www.audioease.com/cgi-bin/forum/YaBB.cgi?num=1267463497 allowed me to run the installers, I re-installed SP afterwards and am now testing. Nice fix

Id still really like more impulses for mics especially MKH416 , tram lavs and various other commonly used production and post mics. I will need to learn this plug a lot more before judging. Are there any user created impulses? can we install impulses or only presets? thank you

you can't add irs to speakerphone (for now). ultimately if you needed the broadest range of irs altiverb is pretty hard to beat.
