Speakerphone 2.0.3 Samples Disappear 01. Mar 2010 at 18:11   After updating, seems that if I choose a pre-set the sample bay area displays the samples present on the pre-set, however if I try to choose a different sample pack, it displays the title of the sample pack but in the dozen spaces where the samples should be it displays "<not found>" This even happens if I try to select a sample pack which is already open into a different bay Screenshot attached Using Mac OS 10.4.11, Protools 7.4 and Speakerphone 2.0.3

Mar 2010 at 18:12   My first step was to see if I could find an answer and it appeared as though the samples needed to be reinstalled, however when I try that, i get errors on both sample installers (screenshot attached)

Re: Speakerphone 2.0.3 Samples Disappear Reply #3 - 02. Mar 2010 at 10:12   sorry for this mess. We're on this. Fastest solution for you is: delete your preference file from here: /Library/Preferences/com.audioease.suite.Speakerphone.plist Then re-install Speakerphone 2.0.3 (ignore the message that the samples are not installed). Then open Speakerphone in your host application, hit the little triangle on the right end of the top bar of the sample bay and choose the correct location of your samples folder. This should fix it.
