[PC] Pace driver installer hangs at end of install

Hi!

The latest Altiverb 6 requires the latest Pace protection drivers from: http://www.paceap.com. These drivers are bundled in the Altiverb installer.

In some situations however the Pace driver installer will 'hang' at about 99% during installation and it will not finish (or it can cause a crash). This way you can't get the drivers updated and therefore you can't install Altiverb.

If you experience this, please try the following to solve this hanging drivers installer:

unplug your network cable and turn off your wireless network (or internet connection)
then run the pace installer
after a successful install you can plug the cable(s) back in and turn the (wireless) internet on and install Altiverb

Aug 2009 at 12:51 hi, yes, please install the interlok extensions (driver) as Altiverb requires this, also when you plan to use challenge/response hard disk authorization. Aram Audio Ease
